All-clad D3 and D5 are both induction compatible. Cast iron is induction compatible. Steel is induction compatible.

They are scum and so is Ramsay.

The new ones have Teflon - PTFE, which still is a forever chemical. Totally misleading writing at Hexclad.com website.

Good Housekeeping’s review is very clear they still have PTFE.

I know you’re asking about nonstick. See if you can use either carbon steel or cast-iron. They’re much better for you. I have both cast-iron and carbon steel and I equally like them. Nonstick is really bad for you.

Maybe Our Place brand?

Misen carbon steel. Naturally nonstick, without coatings, when seasoned and used as directed. I use hi-temp tolerant algae cooking oil in mine.

We have Made In Ceramiclad that we really like. You just have to accept that they won't last. You're really better off with good stainless pains and learning how to make them non stick when cooking.

When you say "won't last", how long (no kids - just one reasonably careful adult)?

And are they lightweight?

Sheesh. PP here. Just as well I didn't get replacements. The ads lie worse than ever.
So trying to figure if the old ones will kill us before other things do.

All the new trendy ones-our place and the like-if you actually google for real non fake reviews you will see that they are useless after 6 months to a year-people saying they are basically crap. Like most companies-the reviews on the actual website can’t be trusted.
