Low Dose Naltrexone

I take LDN (4.5 mg) for musculoskeletal pain and dysautonomia that appear to be related to post-Covid inflammation. It helps knock down unpleasant symptoms a moderate amount, but has not alleviated them. My appetite was unaffected by LDN. In fact, there was one month where I gained weight on the drug.

I tried it w Wellbutrin for weight loss and it did absolutely nothing :/

I tried naltrexone with the goal of reducing my alcohol consumption (Sinclair Method) and it didn't work at all. Just made me feel rather unwell, sort of mildly sick to my stomach. I gave up after a week or two, then tried again a few months later, and still no luck. I was very disappointed, because I had read so many success stories.
