Dislike the company and its mission Dislike the leadership and the decisions they make Dislike your direct manager and the way s/he manages you and your group Dislike your co workers and their personalities or work ethic Yeah, it all can suck. Make a change OP. You have a choice about where you work and who you work for. The only way to survive 25 years of working is to find a company team and leader that you DO like working for. |
