My husband worked as a student RA for Dersh decades ago and I thought he seemed like such an a$$ even then. It was so disappointing because he was one of the few professors I’d heard of, and just not a good expeirence. He also worked for a few other professors who have gone on to be relatively famous who were all really great people and mentors.

I knew Dersh in passing socially and he was a bizarre one. Could be very generous one moment, then a godawful bastard the next. He once asked me why I thought it was objectively true that Jews are smarter than non-Jews.

I think after these emails EVERYONE supports cancelling these people. Even before the emails, most of us knew Summers and Dersh were creepy pigs. They're just gross and deserve being tarred and feathered.
