Granted this is something that Republicans worked hard to save, but what I appreciate about these new gen democrats (Mamdani, AOC) is that they legitimately do seem to want to upset the status quo and make sure rich people are paying their fair share of taxes/don't hide their assets.

He also didn’t regulate tech when it was booming because his daughter worked for Facebook. Now look where we are. Leopards ate his face.

He's a huge disappointment and extremely out of touch for this moment. But gillibrand is 1000x worse. At least Schumer was silent on Mamdani. KG smeared him, offered one brief oops, and never did anything to support him again.
