I think it’s only 5-6 of us so we’ll keep it simple.

Italian cold cuts and cheese board
Rolls (unclear if I’ll make them or just buy them)

Turkey (citrus brine) and gravy
Brioche stuffing with sausage, sage, shallots and apple
Salad, arugula and soniach with manchego and roasted pear and maple mustard dressing
Maybe some roasted carrots
Homemade cranberry sauce with orange and csrdomom

Pumpkin cream caramel cake
Maybe also pecan fudge pie

It's very descriptive but not actually much food.

Only 5 of us this year but everyone has their favorites so I’m making a full spread and we’ll just deal with the leftovers. I’ve made this exact menu for years and for large groups so I have a good make ahead game plan. Might try to halve some of the sides recipes:

Apps/lunch:
Meat/cheese board with crackers
Veggie tray

Smoked turkey
Gravy
Mashed potatoes
Sweet potato casserole
Mac n cheese
Cornbread stuffing
Canned cranberry jelly for grandma
Green salad TBD
Biscuits

Dessert TBD but I don’t like pumpkin pie and grandma can’t have pecans
