How to eat after a weekend of indulgence?

I either make a super healthy vegetable and bean soup that I eat or will just skip dinner for a few nights (fast) which I find much easier than fasting at breakfast or lunchtime.

Fiber, fiber, and more fiber. Also, expect to feel a little like s**t for a day or two just due to the sugar withdrawal.
