same with me. I think its a cool undertone I must have. At sephora they always pick the wrong shade for me at first and are suprised at how it looks on me. People that look similar to me look good in the olives/camel but i look best in jewels.

Me too. I feel like all the clothes I like are only available in drab colors, though.

I think for a lot of people with pretty clear cut seasons this is more than sufficient. I never got a consistent season using ChatGPT or the apps because I’m dark and cool but still have some warmth. It took an in person session to figure out that means Dark Winter. Almost none of my wardrobe was Dark Winter but the few times I’ve heard “you look great in that” (vs “that top is amazing”) I realized I was wearing “my colors” without realizing it.

Sure, wear whatever you want to. I certainly do. But I also like knowing which colors look best on me.
