Why the pop-ups?

I turned off mobile ads last night and I would have expected them to go away by now. Since they are still appearing, I just opened a trouble ticket asking when they should go away. Unfortunately, they don't respond to trouble tickets until after 9 am. So, I won't have further information for a couple of hours.

Sorry about these pop-ups. I had no idea they would be included with the service. I never would have enabled them if I had known.

Getting them on my android phone as well. Nothing unbearable like the PP's though. It pops up and then goes back down after a second. Not really a big deal. Thought I was losing my mind though!

It is a big deal on the iPhone and still is. I know Jeff is working on it so thanks Jeff.

I just changed the top banner to a new network. The pop-up is still there. So, I'll change the other two ads as well.
