high fiber whole food snacks ideas

Just get some high fiber basic cheap cereal. Could be used to bake things also. Simple and a single serving gives you 10-15 grams of fiber.

Edamame. But it frozen, either in the pods or already shelled. Easy to steam in the microwave. High in fiber and protein low in carbs.

Beans (1 cup is 15 grams) you can buy premade Cuban or Pinto beans. I throw them on my chicken and veggie bowl at lunch.
