What's for dinner tonight?

These are great suggestions. If possible, can you post the recipes or links to the recipes? I would love to make some of these dishes but am pretty limited with my cooking skills.

Is there a hack for okonomiyaki for a larger group? We are a family of 5 with 3 teen athletes, so we eat like we are 11 people. I can’t figure out how to make a large amount of okonomiyaki so we can eat together.

Mississippi pot roast, mashed potatoes, green salad. I wanted to make a big batch of something I could take to work on Monday and Tuesday as well have tonight since I have an awful week coming up.

I’m excited to be getting back to soup season. Others in heavy rotation: cream of cauliflower, chili, chickpea and tomato, or tomato. Sometimes with grilled cheese.

Salmon, baked potatoes and vegetable of choice is another easy one as is Chicken in a simmer sauce with rice, naan, and veggies.

Same. I'm making the Moosewood Lodge Hungarian mushroom soup this weekend.

My kids love "jacket" potatoes (I picked that up from IG and they love it) with beans and cheese!

Regular beef and black chili but also chicken and white bean chili.

Curries.

Spaghetti and meatballs.

Shepherd's/cottage pie.

Just got back from the UK. These were on every pub menu!

Sauté carrots, celery, onion, potato in 1 cup water until softer. Add 2-4 cups broccoli and sauté until all soft.
Mix 3 cups soy milk with 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, Worcestershire, 1 broth cube. Bring to boil. Mix 1 cup soy milk with 1/4 c flour, add to soup and stir until thick.
Add bacon bits, Swiss or cheddar shreds if desired.

I haven’t had them but I’ve been eyeing some recipes. I wonder if you can add oil to the eggs and cabbage and bake in a large pan ?

I make Lots of small ones maybe 5 inches in diameter. Grill them in batches like pancakes and keep them warm in the oven.

I roasted two chickens, then added the roasted potatoes. Chickens were smaller. I live in a country now, for work, where chickens are regular size —so tiny...
