| It's really sad that the people that surround him don't dare try to explain these numbers to him. They actually prefer him making a fool of himself to the entire world over trying to tell him what percentages actually mean. And then the Republican Party allows him to set tariff amounts, knowing that he doesn't understand how percentages work (on top of not understanding how allies are supposed to work, how trade works, how the Constitution is supposed to work, how the different departments in the federal gov't are supposed to work, how vaccines and Tylenol and autism work, etc.!) |

It’s not sad, it’s downright scary. He spouts all kinds of nonsense on a daily basis, including made up facts and numbers, and they don’t correct him. Clearly they’re either afraid to correct him or he is their useful idiot. It’s not the right way to run the most powerful country on the Earth. |

If he cared to want to read/try to make sense of content, he’d put on glasses first. But it isn’t even worth the effort to him.
