19:40: when 80% of the children in DC are born to mothers on Medicaid and about 75% are born out of wedlock, I think the city has more issues to deal with then whether your precious lifestyle in Ward 3 could be altered to, OMG, consider others less fortunate than yourself. I work for the city. I've only been there a short time as I came from a very powerful and lucrative industry in the private sector. I was appalled at what I saw in city government under Fenty - completely incompetent directors, terrible and unqualified people getting appointments and a fear that employees had that if they actually told the truth about what was really going on they would be fired.

You have no idea what you are talking about. Get over yourself and spend some real time researching Fenty's record instead of going off of your "perception" of what you think Fenty was doing!

Medicaid is actually a more generous insurer than many private ones. But some people who qualify for entitlement programs will always feel entitled to more.

I don't see anyone expressing concern about their "lifestyle" changing under a Gray administration. I see someone expressing concern that every child within the DCPS will get a crappy education under a Gray administration. Seems to me that the education of our children should be the most important issue for a parent to consider, irrespective of whether that parent is single, married, divorced, or cohabitating.

That's why I intend to write-in Adrian M. Fenty come November.
