The anti-children sentiment on Reddit makes me uncomfortable

Reddit is a cesspool filled with brainwashed children who have zero critical thinking skills.

Don’t worry, OP, there is little chance that this stuff even happened. Most of what you read on Reddit is fiction, and the people responding to it are usually basement dwellers with no connection to reality. Don’t take what you see on Reddit as representative of society.

NP. Reddit is one of the most misogynist websites on the planet. I don’t know why any women read there and give it money. The childfree vitriol is really just hatred of women because they give birth.

In your scenario person one is right, person two is wrong but I am sure the vitriol thrown at “breeders” was similar for both so the actual right and wrong doesn’t matter.

"anti Children"

It is not "anti Children" it is anti suffering, anti death, anti stupidity...

Reddit is crawling with bots and has been for well over a decade. The bots will always promote socialism, antinatalism and the fun of an endless adolescence. The reasoning behind these bots ...an exercise for the reader.
On the off chance a human is typing what you've read, picture a fat, fedora-wearing neckbeard living with his parents, or maybe a purple-haired pierced person living in a "poly" relationship. That's who has time for Reddit.

Have you ever been in the parenting sub? Lots of great, supportive people there. I would not expect to see lots of kid love in a forum called "Apartment Living", that seems pretty obvious, OP.

+1 the AmITheAsshole subs (there are a lot of them) are the worst. It’s all creative writing exercises. Nothing is real.

There is a bot problem for sure, but I don’t think the bots are the ones promoting a zero responsibility totally free existence … the bots are used for reputation management for celebs and political causes. In discovery, it was found that Justin Baldoni’s PR team in his case against Blake Lively used bot accounts and paid influencers to set the narrative. The no kids, no relationship, no responsibility other than my pets people are unfortunately real and just congregate on Reddit lol.

Ice cream lady was in the wrong. Massage chairs are for massage, not for eating ice cream.

WTF kind of ice cream parlor has massages? That's weird.

I really enjoy hearing what 50 year old mommas think about Reddit here.

I’ve been on Reddit for 7 years. It definitely attracts a certain crowd …

Just like DCUM, most Reddit posts are made up or greatly exaggerated. So everyone is spiking their cortisol all day long, day after day, for things that aren’t actually happening.

Oof, don’t eat ice cream in a massage chair. If that drips, the chair is going to be gross for the next person. The teens were rude based on that explanation and deserve a lesson on how to talk to strangers politely but the pregnant lady was absolutely incorrect. Go to your car to eat or skip ice cream if it looks too busy.
