How long did it take for the drills to be scored? We just had our 1st scored after uploading all of them 4 days ago. What is the scoring system? Out of 5, 10, 15, etc.?

Any updates on this Talent ID weekend? Per the release, they were going to be providing "more scouting opportunities for players competing within or outside MLS NEXT."

I would think they are looking outside of MLS NEXT per the release.

DS 's drills were not scored for a week after submission, then some scores trickled in and have completely stopped for a week.

Either this AI app has run out of tokens or it's another case where AI stands for "Analysts in India," similar to the Amazon market case, and the team is overwhelmed.
MLS Next should get their money back from this scam.

For anyone attending, what exactly is it, where is it, what does it involve? Are other MLSNext teams/academies, etc. in attendance? Are there scrimmages?

Asking for a friend.

And on that note, it says it’s just not limited to MLSNext players. I don’t understand. Why Indulge ECNL teams? And can someone explain why DC United has gobs of VDA and Arlington players attending ID sessions yearly? And no, they are not better than MLSNext players—though some are on par. DC United academy struggles year after year, so why reward non-MLS affiliated teams? Why don’t you look at the infrastructure you’ve built internally?

Why are you afraid of your dc competing with other talented players?

Do you understand the actual question?

Because they are in the business of looking for the best players?

Has any info on this been posted, e.g. locations, how to sign up, etc.? Or does anyone have the inside scoop?

Thank you! This is helpful. Do they know the lag time for scoring the exercises in AiScout? Do you happen to know the minimum required score for an invite? We are currently at an average of 4.5 with only 3 scored. I am trying to hold off on committing to other things waiting for details on this but it is getting close.

Most people disregarded this as "stupid." Reality is, it is impossible to scout the number of kids we have playing this game across the space that this country covers. The politics of youth soccer in the DMV can have your kid written off before U12 or earlier. You have a massive pool of potential competing for about 45 spots across just two clubs prior to NVA joining. Do we really count Achilles? VDA and ARL honorable mention U13/U14.

With that said, the app can at least get your kid a look they wouldn't normally get, so why not do it.

3 weeks later and our drills still havent been scored. But a teammate of my kids got an email inviting him to something up in PA, presumably for this.

Does anyone know what the activities are at the talent meeting? are the players doing drills similar to the ones in AiScout? or are they playing against each other?

Invites are going directly to the player's email with no cc to parents.

It might be worth checking their emails.

Not too many 12 and 13 year old boys are focused on their email accounts.
