Related to this topic: have you received scores for all the aiScout drills? if so, what is your average score?

My son completed the drills two weeks ago and has 4 drills graded so far. His average score for these 4 drills is 3.9 - I'm neither bragging not complaining, I am just curious what are common scores

We have 7 out of 8 assessed so far and DS average is also 3.9

With 6 of 8 assessed, my son has a 4.25 average. Sure to be dragged down by the two outstanding, 10m sprint and Double leg jump. I think the scoring has been what I would expect, except . . . he somehow got very different scores on the 5-10-5 dribble and the 10-5-5 dribble. same kid, same turns, same dribbles. the AI must have a more discerning eye than dad.

Same for my kid - 2 different scores for those drills. Speed was slightly slower for one of them but didn't seem all too different to me.

I don't understand why they are doing this when they already have Taka and video of most kids in MLSNext. I assume for the ones who aren't getting playing time?

Our coach says it was not mandatory though despite what the email says. So who knows how they actually use this app.

So invitations for this are really being decided by scores you upload into an app for a set of drills? This might be the stupidest thing I have ever heard. No wonder we can't develop more kids in this country - we only look under the same rock over and over again.

Curious if all the kids at the select locations are only from tier 1 homegrown teams. Especially if the invite list is majorly in favor of the said hosting town, and other major metro town(s). If all the kids they select for this are only from those teams, what is the point of the whole weekend, for every team in every tier? Or making big todo published announcement? At this point seems like this is only marketing!

It's not based on the AI Scout thing, you all can relax. The event is limited to the kids of parents who think the word know starts with the letter n.
