went through this and i just got another tesla, nothing really compares. even rivian which is overpriced is probably going bankrupt the rest of the companies are also not able to compete and are dropping out.

We still have a 2019 tesla m3 performance and its still going strong.

Adding another vote for Tesla, sorry. Since you’ve had one already, you are now ruined for other EVs.

Does the Mach E have any electrical problems? I have a year left on my Volvo lease and I am tired of the electrical issues--despite the recent update, yesterday my back up camera was "unavailable" again. Sometimes the Spotify doesn't load for like 1-2 minutes into my drive. It's annoying. I love driving the Volvo and the Mach E has a similar body style.

We went from the tesla 3 (2018) to the new ioniq. We love it. Has great features (digital rearview), excellent battery range, and lots of space. Good sound system, though tesla's was better, I think.

Thanks for stopping by, Tesla fanboy! Rivian isn't going anywhere, but it'll be a while until you can get an R2 if that's what you're looking for.

The BMW recommendation is a good one. I'd also consider a Polestar 3 - the lease deals can be incredible and its like driving a real car instead of the Tesla tin can nonsense.

Skip the junk Tesla, no mechanic would say buy one.

BMW
Hyundai
Rivan
Polestar
Toyota

All better reliablity than Tesla. In three years you can have junk or still a car that is running well and without having to head to the shop constantly or failed Tesla software updates.

I’d test drive them and see what you like.
