What to order in - I have an empty house and a day to myself!

Sushi or Indian! If Indian, I second the suggestion to get enough dishes so you can have leftovers for lunch during the week.

Enjoy!!!!

As takeout/delivery? Bold.
Seafood delivery isn’t bold. It’s civilized. Bold is ordering a well-done steak.

If by “civilized” you mean “most likely to taste like a wedding buffet”, sure.

Honestly, I would go out to a super fancy restaurant and order the best of the best. I would not order in. Treat yourself fully! Ask a friend to come with if you don't want to be at a table by yourself.

Not op, but this is too much work. I am with Op, order in, put on a nice movie or show and enjoy the meal.

What to order? I don’t know, whatever you feel like it: Chinese, sushi, Thai, pizza, middle eastern. Whatever in the moment you feel like eating.

The kids are not big on sushi, so whenever I am alone, I go for sushi. I also sometimes enjoy the simplicity of pizza, just order in, put on tv and enjoy pizza with TV.

Whatever the kids are not a fan of.

Agree. Mmmmm. I’ve also done this at Rosa Mexicano. Small plates and fancy mojito. Or ordering bar taco in.

I adore ordering Indian food for delivery. Get a lassi too

Thanks all! I did Indian food - saag paneer, mango chutney, vegetable samosas, rice, and a small side of masala sauce
