What to order in - I have an empty house and a day to myself!

DH took our kids to visit his parents for the day and I stayed behind to catch up on work/cleaning. Looking forward to ordering something yummy for dinner. I need ideas!!

Do you not have a single thought in your head for yourself? Surely you know what food you like.

Honestly, I would go out to a super fancy restaurant and order the best of the best. I would not order in. Treat yourself fully! Ask a friend to come with if you don't want to be at a table by yourself.

Food ordered in isn't as good as food at a restaurant. I'd go out unless what you want to do is binge watch some shows and have food in front of you while doing it, which is also acceptable. If that's what you want, then I'd just get anything.

Indian!!

I’d order Indian, and order 2 dishes to allow for some easy lunches next week. Or I’d consider taking myself out for a crab cake sandwich someplace good. Sit at the bar, take a book, have a good crab cake, maybe some fries with it. Enjoy whatever you do!

Without knowing what you like and where you are….Indian is a good suggestion. Basically I would pick whatever food I like that my kids and husband don’t really like. My kids don’t like Thai or Indian so that’s what I’d think.

Or just go get a lobster roll.

Whenever my fam is out, I order sushi bc I'm the only one who likes it. MMM! Spicy scallop rolls.
