Eh, I would return it. If they don't like the reason you are returning it, they need to change their policies. But be prepared they she may leave bad feedback for you. I don't know how much you care about that. If they do, I would leave honest feedback saying that they were argumentative about the return even though their policy says they will accept returns.

eBay allows sellers to set their policies. If you don’t accept returns or expect the buyer to pay shipping, you can set it that way.
So sellers like this who allow returns are getting the advantage of this policy (people will be more likely to buy in the first place) but then refusing in bad faith to follow their own policy. |
