You're being a bit dramatic, don't you think? Although I am sure the owner paid a pretty penny back in the day for all of those draperies! I would have had them removed before listing as they are extremely dated. Maybe kept in a box in the garage in case someone likes them still. |

DP. Did you look at the history for this house? They listed it for over $3.0 million in 2021 and sold it for $2.375 million four years later. Time hasn’t been kind to that house and the expansion of 495 has made the location far less appealing as well. |

| This is across the beltway from Balls Hill. You come out into the construction zone and then go where you like. The biggest problem with living in that area is there are zero accessible restaurants or grocery stores - everything is a 15-20 minute drive. |
