Wow. I had no either you could do either of these. THANK YOU |
Maybe this is an iPad issue, but when I use the + and - it zooms in, but only on the center of the chart (the part around a 3.0 GPA and an 800 SAT)—and then I can’t move the zoomed part of the chart to see where most of the check marks and Xs are. I’m using an iPad with Safari—would a different browser allow me to zoom? Or do I have to go to a desktop? |
| Not used on iPad - but yeah after using the + and - buttons you have to move the graph to see the top right part.. |
| Out HS uses SCOIR instead of Naviance. It’s so much better. |
I have this same problem on a laptop. |
So I'm answering my own question (I'm the person who said maybe this is an iPad issue)--it is an iPad issue. I tried Naviance on my laptop using the Firefox Browser and I was able to zoom in and then move the scattergram around to focus on where the checks and Xs are. So for those who are having trouble (which may be a small minority of folks), try a laptop and different browsers until you find one that works. |
This doesn’t work for me. It zooms in at the center, not the part I want to see. |
It doesn’t work in chrome on a laptop. |
|
on my MacBook (safari and chrome both), I have to use + (on the scattergram, not keyboard) and then recenter with mouse and then + and then recenter with mouse.
it's bizarre they haven't fixed this |
It’s like that on every device I use, including a desktop. |
Right, it’s definitely not a fix to the zoom problem, but at least it eliminates some of the symbols so you can click on them to see their stats. |
