I get it only intermittently, but I also find that Tylenol helps. (I have not tried any other pain meds & don't know if they'd also work.) |

Iron (I take it with lemon water. Water from a copper flask)
Magnesium. Both oil spray and supplement. Stretches. Yoga. Baby aspirin. |
| My DH had this regularly from about mid 30's to mid 40's but he runs at least 2 miles every day and has not experienced it since. He is now early -mid 50s. Exercise really does help. |
| Maybe try another antidepressant. |
