It's sad that you think criminals whose behavior results in innocent victims' deaths shouldn't receive meaningful consequences for their actions.

Did an Uber driver die? Carjackers get punished?

That is unrelated to this thread, but those young girls plead guilty to murder and were sentenced to maximum jail time, so not really on point here.

She belongs in a mental institution not jail. Her post was undeniably deranged. Credible evidence she’s a schizophrenic and I think that’s now what DOJ is pursuing. Frankly indicting her would just have prolonged the process as she would have ended up there anyway.

It’s not a grand jury’s job to rubber stamp every DOJ case. If they are refusing to indict it’s because the new hand-picked MAGA DOJ attorneys are not proving sufficient grounds. Pam Bondi is poorly qualified for the job, given how she screwed up the #EpsteinFiles that’s obvious.

She should get six months in jail. Threats made against the both Barrack and Michelle Obama by different people were given six months in jail.

No. Apparently, they fired the really talented attorneys and only the crackpots without experience are there. DCs public defender's office is the best in the nation. Now, you have really bad lawyers in the US Attorneys office and really good lawyers everywhere else. The grand juries are not indicting because the US Atty keeps overcharging or charging based on illegal police work.
