DRP and bonusses?

Bonuses? We’re not getting bonuses at my agency this year. They went away from the nominal cash they used to give ($500-1000) a couple of years ago to giving days off (1-3). Not even getting that this year I’ve heard.

They canceled all our performance standards and then we all had to rush to establish new ones mid-July. I suspect there's either some evil RIF-related plot, given that now OMB says at least 60% have to get 3s, or it actually is as dumb as it sounds.

Technically an award received this year is for performance last year, before they were on DRP. I am curious how this is being handled!
