| I assume they all get a regular evaluation based and the first half of the year and a bonus if applicable? This question came up in the office today. No one was sure. It sure feels wrong to the rest of us but they are still technically here. |
Why does it feel wrong? My program will prorate bonus amount for DRP participants. |
| No--our DRP did not get bonuses (everyone else did). |
| We are giving bonuses depending on how time was spent during DRP. Interesting stuff gets a better bonus. |
I worked a full year. Larla worked 1/2 the year but we both got the same salary. We both get the same bonus. |
in my program, Larla gets 1/2 of your bonus because Larla worked 1/2 year. We don't penalize people for taking DRP but we try to be fair at the same time |
| My agency is rating people for 2025 based on July 18-October 18. The other 9 months doesn't count. Don't think any DRPers are getting bonuses. |
What's the logic behind that? |
| No, but we were on an eval cycle that ends when the leave year ends, not the fiscal. |
They canceled all our performance standards and then we all had to rush to establish new ones mid-July. I suspect there's either some evil RIF-related plot, given that now OMB says at least 60% have to get 3s, or it actually is as dumb as it sounds. |
| Unless I am told otherwise, I am not giving anyone on DRP a bonus. Why would I? |
|
Nope. I’ve never given someone who left before end of year reviews a bonus. Why would I? If you don’t get a performance rating you don’t get a performance bonus
But I hear from the top that there’s $0 bonus for this year. |
Interior right? |
Don't you have to do an exit eval now that they are officially leaving? |
|
In my agency, those on DRP are not getting annual PMP. They have been exempted by the agency’s principal.
The only way to get a year-end bonus or performance awards is to have a PMP. So those on DRP are not eligible. |
