If you work out at work, when do you shower?

I know someone who did barre “because you don’t have to shower after.” Not sure I’m
convinced but you could give it a try

You could have washed and rinsed off in the shower in less than a minute.

I wait to shower until after my workout. So sometimes I don't shower in the morning before work, but I do shower after my lunchtime workout. We have nice showers at my work gym.

I take a shower and wash my face. Reapply makeup, and dry the sweat out of my hair.

Biggest issue is cooling my body off before I go back to my desk, so I always try to build in sufficient cooldown time.

Personally I just use the work gym so that I am not 100 percent sedentary all day - I do my main workout in the AM, every other day. I don't really need to shower after walking on a treadmill or doing the elliptical at a low settig. I just use wipes and deodorant.

So a 90 minute lunch (one hour for workout, 30 minute for the changing, showering, etc)

I even prefer to shower at my office the lockerroom is so nice. I typcially ride my bike to work, get in a workout and shower before going upstairs.

My work doesn't have a gym so I will do a hill run, use resistance bands, etc. Not ideal but I'm very short on time in the mornings and evenings so I try to use my lunch break for exercise a couple times a week.

I had a 60 min lunch. I timed my workout (swimming) and shower to accommodate. I ate my sandwich on the 5 min walk back to work. I loved this. Sure, I would have preferred a longer workout but every day for five days was a great routine and refreshed my day!

One shower: after workout.

Of course I shower. I have worked out midday for years. I can shower and redo my face and hair in about 5 minutes. But I keep my hair and make up low maintenance. I wear minimal jewelry and make sure to wear clothes that are lower maintenance (not a ton of buttons, so not wrinkle easily). I keep a medium sized cosmetic bag at work that holds make up, deodorant, lotion, a brush, and elastics for my hair. Make sure the locker room provides soap and towels. If you sweat a lot, then pack a small hair dryer to dry the sweat on your scalp (do not rewash your hair - that takes too long).
