| So they are trying to stir up some crime because they are embarrassed that they have all these Guards here with nothing to do but sight see? |
If a minority does it they will be prosecuted. |
lol sure. |
| I'd honestly rather the criminal element run around with long guns than hand guns. Much easier to see. |
| Pistol grip shot gun is considered a long gun. |
| I hope that the black panthers show up. |
We are living in an alternate reality. But this shouldn’t come as a surprise after Senator McCain (who isn’t where the felon wants to go) didn’t care for states rights when it wasn’t his state and trashed a DC voter referendum on gun reform. The felon must be getting preemptively hot. |

Long guns will be legal until enough black folks walk around DC with AR15s and Shotguns to ensure government tyranny isnt treading on them like the Gadsen flag. I say the black community go out and exercise this new right 24/7 all over DC and walk right in front of the national guard everywhere.
Watch, they'll revoke these rules in no time once black folks exercise their rights. |
AR15’s cannot be registered in the District of Columbia. |
Exactly. Total nothingburger. |
Correct. It’s a catch-22. You cannot register an AR15 in DC anyway, due to it being specifically banned by DC gun laws. So if you theoretically had an AR15 sling over your shoulder walking down U street, you’re still getting prosecuted for having an unregistered weapon. This is all much ado about nothing. |
Oh please. Even 200 black men armed with Shotguns scares the crap out of white people. The black community needs to exercise the rights Trump just gave them and march all in the Lilly white areas like Palisades, Chevy Chase, and NW DC. |
| This is just a technicality meaning that the FEDS won't press felony charges for this one specific thing. The city still has laws and will still enforce them until further notice, and the laws still say that open carry of anything is a crime. |
That can't be true, the president and his entire cabinet would basically have to operate like they were under siege in DC. Every motorcade trip would be dangerous. |
