Contact the head guidance counselor at your local HS and tell them to share with all the other counselors

Really, you need one kid, who's mom is the local pied piper, help their kid, and she'll tell everyone, word spreads, and pretty soon your schedule is full, you're charging a fortune and you are set.

I am guessing a counselor will not just refer a kid to a stranger based on an email.

We use preply and its great but they take a cut (large at first) and there are too many tutors charging much less in other countries.
