crib bumper pads to prevent pacifiers from falling off the crib?

I don't know which clip you are using, but mine is very short - not enough length to wrap around the baby's neck.

I never used a bumper but like the short clip idea

I have 3 pacifiers in her bed. Ferber can kiss my ass.

She usually throws one out of the crib and the other two make it. I don't have a bumper because a friends daughter broke her arm using it to crawl out of her crib at 1 year (yikes!)

did you miss the wrist/finger part? also it doesn't have to go all the way around their neck to hurt.
