There’s very little difference functionally between ED and REA. Yale just likes to use fancy names.

That sucks. My kid won’t submit any past ED if it works out. Seems like a huge waste of time/$.

My oldest submitted most the last week of Dec because of a time consuming fall sport/schedule. Got in pretty much everywhere

There’s a huge difference. REA does not require you to attend. ED is required of accepted.
