Not sure a mortgage with no PMI makes up for all the debt but maybe in some cases…

Why does that matter? Why aren’t there similar programs for firefighters or teachers or nurses? I’m just a lobbyist who never had student loans and my parents helped me buy my first house. But I can appreciate that it’s a massive double standard that someone who is already privileged (most American educated doctors come from UMC+ backgrounds… I said most not all) and is graduating into the highest paid profession in the country gets some special treatment by banks. There are many other jobs that are very secure.

We offer Zero Down Payment up to $1m for Doctors, Veterinarians, Pharmacists and Attorneys. Local in the DMV. Rates are similar to VA loans. No mortgage insurance.
