I too love chimichurri sauce on steak but I’m using a corn/tomato/avocado salad as the steak topping. I use a brown sugar/spice dry rub on the steak when I plan to make the corn topping, and it’s super fresh and seasonal and we love it. It isn’t mexican flavors. So many good ideas here. I’ll make a caprese salad and roasted potatoes and asparagus as sides. Thank you! |
| We like chimichurri sauce, broccolini, and "camping potatoes" - slice potatoes relatively thinly into coins, place in foil packet with butter, parsley, seasoning and thinly sliced yellow onions - seal packets and cook on grill with flank steak. |

We always do boxed scalloped potatoes and veggies with flank steak. But I am not DCUM elite. |
