| I would have said a corn salad but sounds like you have a corn element already. Oven-roasted potato wedges and maybe roasted or grilled asparagus or zucchini? |

And I'd add a starch. Potatoes go well with flank steak - mashed, or new potatoes boiled whole, tossed with butter salt garlic and thyme, then smashed flat and roasted at high heat to get a little crispy around the edges. |

Grilled broccoli with olive oil salt and garlic is really good.
Pasta salad is nice in this weather. Or homemade potato salad but I think more rolls like pasta salad. Caprese salad is also great this time of year if you can get to farmers market for nice tomato’s. Ice cream and/or a blackberry cobbler. Could do peaches with the ice cream too. |
