Good breakfast at IAD?

Capital one has lounge at IAD, which makes sense considering their HQ is just down the road in Tysons. I've read they're nice and have god food so stay tuned OP.
Still, the best lounges out there (for credit cards) are Amex Centurion Lounges. Very nice...and they'll provide a buffet for breakfast. Unfortunately, the closest one is DCA. 
Since IAD is a United hub, you can try their Polaris Lounge, which is supposed to be one of the best premium lounges around. You'll have to reserve an international business class though.
