It's priced too high, and houses of this size are sitting longer right now. Interest rates are scaring folks looking at this price point. Plus, people are going on vacation and prepping for back to school, so there's a good chance that it will sit through August as well.
The pricing is weird - I'm guessing the home owner was being a "challenge" for the agent and didn't want to price it correctly. |
