Does Kohls even want to be in business?

Not a shill for kohls but agree - this doesn’t seem like a kohls issue.

They can refund me or expedite a new one. They won’t even discuss it with me for 6 more business days. That’s bad policy.

Its really frustrating.

I know Kohls can't do anything, but I can't figure out why they dont have more "ship to store" options bc i assume inventory us frequently moved and I have a greater chance of getting my order sooner.

They do have this.

Not all items give this option though.

It’s good for kids clothes and shoes, and for housewares/linens. Their adult stuff for both men’s and women’s is very ehhhh in store.

You don’t go in the store. You order online. But lately that has its own issues. So here we are.

I do all my Amazon returns at kohls and I’ve been pretty impressed. They had Nike shoes on sale for my dd. Draper James dresses that I liked too and carters for my youngest.

I will say that their homegoods style stuff is junky. It’s like Walmart quality.

This is not unique to Kohls. I ordered something from GAP, received the wrong items and their customer service refused to help until 5 days after the “expected delivery” date because “the right items might still show up.” It was such a hassle.

Oh! I hate(d) everything about Kohl's...messy store, terrible dressing room, 15 minute wait to check out, but now that I don't shop at Target it's one place I go to kill time why my son has a therapy appointment. I just found the best bralettes there! I bought a couple black ones in store and then discovered they also had nude ones online. 2 pack for $30. The nude ones ("champagne") are packaged with a "Rose" colored one. And now I see they are on sale for 2 for $24. Too bad I already bought a bunch. https://www.kohls.com/product/prd-6944622/juniors-so-2-pack-smooth-bonded-bra-so81001p2.jsp?skuid=74996538&CID=

I don't ever shop at this store. Good question, who shops there?

Garbage store, like a higher priced Kmart but worse.

It’s a pretty standard policy.

Unused to think Kohl's was not cool but it is the easiest place to shop for my teens jeans and polish. I also love their Nine West tanks and the Sephora that is right in there. I am past the snobby phase now.
