This is very inconsiderate of her to do this to you.

While I get that consistency is important when potty training - her child is still in the learning process and is obviously very prone to having accidents often.
Plus at that age - he is still pretty young to be potty trained.

I would cease watching him if she won’t concede to a Pull up while in your care.
