What’s the longest you waited for an offer

Thanks, OP here, and my interest is becoming academic. I’m comfortable enough in current job to wait and I’m feeling pretty detached at this point. Curious whether this timeline is standard for VP level hiring in the summer, a symptom of a dysfunctional workplace, or they’re just not into me. Maybe it’s all of the above.
