Joy after going low contact with toxic sibling

You sound miserable, they’re probably elated to be done with you!

I'm year three of zero contact with my mother and one of my siblings.. Therapy made it easier.

Why would I do that when I already have a therapist? lol

OP

Did you share that you were in therapy in your original post OP?

No one’ would suggest therapy if you would have shared you’re already in therapy in your initial post … LOL 🙄

Why would I need to share that I see a therapist?

The narcissist has entered the chat!

Oh, I am sure. That is probably why they call me four to six times a day. It's because they are so sick of me and elated to be "done" with me. LOL!

Their record is calling me eleven times in one day.

You yourself sound miserable to post on a board and insult someone who has put up with years of abuse. You might want to talk to someone about that and see why this post has triggered you so much.

I gray rocked my MIL in order to save my marriage and my sanity. I was tired of being fodder for her gossip and constant criticism and intrusive questions. Pretty much no-contact, given that we live in the same community. She’s not welcome in our house if I’m there! See her maybe 4x year at holiday or special occasions.

That's brave and smart. Well done! I'm glad you don't have to see her much.

So those who respond don't suggest something you're already doing.. But ok.
