I'm so tired of summer.

This summer has been horrid. Absolutely wretched. Rain, muggy, humid, hot, rain again etc. Just gross.

I hate summer. As I've gotten older the humidity has really taken a toll on me; I didn't feel like this in my 20's. And to the annoying poster that loves to comment, no I don't complain about colder weather. I love fall and winter, the leaves, the cooler evenings, comfortable morning walks with my dog, cozying up with a good book, and hot lavender vanilla tea and my fuzzy blanket. I love snow (wish we got more), and I love the shorter days. I love the holiday season and seeing family.

It's only been about a month of humid/hot/hazy. We had a long, cool spring before that. Will probably be another 8-9 weeks of this weather, hopefully interspersed with some ok weather, and then fall will be here and then before you know it, people will be whining about winter.

We need the hot summers and cold winters to know how good we have it Fall and Spring

1 - There will be no break (other than a random day or 2)
2 - The weather before wasn't pleasant at all with so much rain/wind almost every weekend.
3 - The people complaining about the summer and winter aren't the same! Bring the cold (dry air) NOW!

Sounds like you'd like Canada more. You are way too far south.
