Smart casual means u gave to give up my summer uniform and put on nicer summer clothes. I do it every once in a while but I don’t like it!

Well fitting outfit appropriate for the occasion. Look clean. Avoid tight & revealing clothes.

Basically it means designer expensive non-formal. Spending extra money for the designer label. The opposite of "smart", just like most Orwellian propaganda.

It just means not jeans or leggings.
