Why would you do that commute? It will make it harder to stay after for activities, or get to school early for something or meet up with friends. Look at Ireton

BI, OConnell, Gonzaga, Anselms, PIV are all mediocre schools with mediocre college acceptances for Catholics who absolutely must indoctrinate their kids. You’d be better off in public school. The only school that is notable in the entire region is Sidwell. It doesn’t matter what people on here say, the rest are junk.

How many of these schools did you attend?

Paul VI has a strong sports focus. If that’s important to you, it may be worth the drive. I would encourage you to look at BI or JPG first though.

That statement has no basis in reality.

Don't feed the troll. Same anti-Catholic troll spewing "indoctrination" garbage.

My son goes to PVI. He chose it over O’Connell after visiting both schools. He was an advanced student at a Catholic elementary school and received financial aid from both high schools for academics. Some aid is based on how you score on the entrance exam.

He has found his classes challenging and some classes that he excelled in during elementary school were his most challenging at PVI.

So far we don’t really have any complaints and are happy with his choice to attend.
