You really need to listen starting at 17 minutes in. A parent calls the BOE out for the poor timing of the program and boundary studies. MCPS and BOE say the programs will inform the boundary changes. So why was one released before the other? Why is there such a stark contrast between the community engagement process for each study? Why are we rushing the program study? Julie answers all of these questions in that meeting

According to Julie Yang the BOE expects community feedback by August to inform the next round of Boundary Options.

Yes, we've known that about the boundary study for awhile, and there's a whole separate feedback form for that. But this post (and the linked feedback form) is about the program analysis which is a different process so I don't know why you're posting this here.

You didn’t listen to the meeting! Julie says the PROGRAM study data and feedback the BOE requested at the 6/24 meeting will be available by their August meeting to inform their boundary study decisions for the second iteration.

DP. She actually says she hopes it will be available and can inform the second round of options. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

No, she said that she hopes that there will be more information on the programs thinking by August, so they can take that into consideration when discussing the September boundary options. Sure, so do I! But that's not news.
