This alone is not SH, no.


Any kind of unwanted touching and sexual overture is by definition sexual harassment. It doesn't need to become ass grabbing. I would definitely report it to HR. They might not be able to do much about it now, but if they can establish a pattern of behavior they will definitely not want him there. He is a liability.

That is waaaay over the line. Coworkers (whether male or female) shouldn't be touching each other beyond a handshake.

Touching anyone at work without asking permission is a red flag imo and this was totally creepy and an invasion of your space.

This person may have been testing to see how you react. There was a guy at my old company who was sleazy and gross and he would push and push and be more and more creepy with the women.
