Trump is the CEO of Fed workers so the question is a ruling he is not allowed to make hiring and firing decisions has wider implications. |
It really doesn't translate the same way from private to government due to a series of statutes and the function of Congress as the appropriator of funds. |

| A practical question for those of us on HHS RIF. Do you think this thing gets dragged out enough so we get paid through July. Finally getting some interviews but it has taken months and tons of apps just to get stage 1 in the process. Not in a in demand field. |
