The technology is not perfect and sometimes fails. Sadly, deaths still happen from T1D.

We are seeing a lot of people dying suddenly and very young. Please get your complete cardiac check up done regularly. Especially if you have been exposed to COVID.

I was definitely a big fan of Food Network in its 2000/2010s hey day. She seemed like a very cool person. I'm so sorry for her loved ones. May she rest in peace.

I’ve had two friends die of type 1 diabetes in the past 5 years. They were 50-55. So sad.

My 56 year old sister is losing her battle with type 1. It’s sad. She has a 17 year old.

Where did you all see that she had type 1 diabetes? All I could find is that she was an advocate due to her nephew having it.
