Those states have governors who will call in the National Guard. New York, California and Illinois won’t.

Those states should be proactively calling up the guard to protect politicians and citizen protestors from maga domestic terrorists.

One of their MAGA community leaders assassinated two members Minnesota Legislature. Utah Senator Mike Lee cheered it after it happened. MAGA leadership immediately spread lies claiming the shooter was a Democrat, and lying about the voting record of the deceased.

DHS Secretary said that she is liberating CS from its elected leaders.

That said, I wouldn't call it "cheering" or did I miss something he said? I read his treats which were openly mocking and willing to spread fabricated lies. That is more than enough for him to have disgraced himself.
