In umc circles

That’s been my observation and also been corroborated in the relationship thread

Gen z is not like the Millennials

It’s complete bullshit. UMC people are more likely to marry and the median age for marriage but again is at the highest it’s ever been for men and women. 29.5 for men and 28.5 for women.

There always have and always will be people marrying at 21 or 22…but anecdotes are worthless.

+1 and it’s even higher for people with degrees and especially advanced degrees, and on the east coast compared to the Midwest and south.

Actually make that two 21 year old r weddings. I totally spaced on the second.
Both of these kids are starting medical school after attending an Ivy. Parents who are my friends also got married in their early 30s.

Y’all really need to get a life. This thread is weird and pathetic even for the college forum. And that’s saying a lot.

Do dcum moms control everything?

College destination, and now dating life?

How much is too much?

Makes sense

As a guy, dartmouth and Princeton girls were the hottest and ones you would want to take home

But I have a soft spot for Eli’s - so quirked up

As apps die out and in-person dating is become in again as well as younger marriages, which t20s have the best dating/relationship culture?

I’ll start:

Penn is terrible. It’s the most “only fans” of the Ivy League

Caltech is #1 by far!

I'm worried this is the case

When the $h!t hits the fan as it does in any marriage occasionally, I think many of this group will walk.

Even with parental support or in some cases caused by parental support

Norte Dame!

I’m all about my son meeting a nice girl in college and getting married. We would happily provide childcare, preschool, or any support that they would find helpful. Family is the best and most important thing in life.

The plural of anecdote is not data.

And does your kid know you are doing this “research”???
