Our school community stopped one from being put up on school grounds maybe 10 years back.

FCPS RF reports show increases in the radiation exposures on the campus over the years. The Loudoun County School Board has prohibited new school cell towers for 5 years.

Loudoun seems concerned enough to stop it.

It’s not a matter of “understanding the science”. Long term exposure on children to this type of radiation has not been studied extensively. Acute exposure has been studied. Not chronic low level.


Loudoun is the home of the NIMBYs.
